Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) cans Veg-All, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 stick butter
    1 stack Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except for butter and Ritz crackers.
    Melt one stick butter and crumble up one stack Ritz crackers.
    Mix with the butter.
    Spread over vegetable mixture in a casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for about 30 to 35 minutes.
