Neene Peg'S Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    salt, pepper and garlic to taste
    1 can enchilada sauce (mild or hot)
    1 small can taco sauce
    1 can Wolfe Brand chile
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion with salt, pepper and garlic. Place 1 or 2 slices American cheese on flour tortilla shell with large spoonful of meat mixture.
    Roll up and place in baking dish. Mix enchilada sauce, taco sauce and chile together and spread over enchiladas.
    Cover with grated American cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Also good served with white cheese dip.
