Cheesy Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. Minute rice, uncooked
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. olives, chopped
    shredded Cheddar cheese, optional
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except Cheddar cheese and put in 1-1/2 quart baking dish.
    Press firmly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Remove from oven and sprinkle top with grated Cheddar cheese. Return to oven for 5-10 minutes until cheese melts.
