Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick oleo
2 egg whites
2 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
4 or 5 bananas
1 large container Cool Whip (8 oz.)
1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. pecans
few cherries (5 or 6)
Preparation

Mix crumbs and oleo and spread in oblong pan.
Beat egg whites stiff; add powdered sugar.
Add cream cheese (softened) and lemon juice.
Spread on first mixture.
Slice bananas on top of this. Drain crushed pineapple and spread on top of bananas.
Spread Cool Whip on this.
Sprinkle chopped up pecans on this.
Cut cherries in half and put on top.
