Baked Chocolate Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. margarine or butter, melted
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can of Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted or 8 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
Combine butter, crumbs and sugar; pat firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
Beat cheese until fluffy.
Add milk; blend until smooth.
Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Pour into crust.
Bake 1 hour 15 minutes or until cake springs back.
Cool to room temperature, then chill.
