Chocolate Roulage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs, separated
    3/4 c. sugar, divided
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 pt. heavy cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Beat egg yolks and 1/2 cup sugar until thick and light.
    Add vanilla, salt and cocoa; stir well.
    Beat egg whites.
    Add 1/4 cup sugar.
    Gradually fold into the chocolate mixture.
    Pour into oblong (cookie sheet) pan with sides lined with wax paper.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Turn out onto damp towel until cool; peel off wax paper and trim crusty edges. Spread with sweetened whipped cream.
    Roll up and refrigerate, using towel to help roll.
