Quick Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. salt
    flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast into warm water and add salt, sugar and shortening.
    Start adding flour until it's not sticky.
    Knead dough for 5 minutes.
    Next, butter bottom of bowl and let rise for 1 1/2 hours.
    Knead dough again and let rise 1/2 hour.
    Shape biscuits at least 2 hours before baking.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Yield:
    18 to 24 biscuits.
