Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
1/2 c. milk
melted butter
powdered sugar
lemon wedges
Preparation

In mixing bowl, beat eggs with fork.
Slowly blend in flour. Stir in salt and softened butter.
Add milk and blend.
Batter may be slightly lumpy.
Grease 10-inch ovenproof skillet or 3-quart round baking dish.
Pour batter into cold skillet or dish.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 7 minutes more.
Do not open oven door while baking.
Serve immediately with melted butter, powdered sugar and lemon wedges.
Makes 2 to 3 servings.
(Can also be served with warm applesauce.)
