Salisbury Steak And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 lb. hamburger
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. beef bouillon
    1 1/2 c. crushed crackers
Preparation
    Brown (fast) pork chops.
    Cook sliced potatoes almost done. Place meat in bottom of baking dish or pan; sprinkle with garlic salt.
    Put potatoes on top of meat; cover with a can of mushroom soup.
    Bake at low heat until brown.
    Salt potatoes to taste.
