Zucchini And Tomato With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 small zucchini
    1 to 2 small yellow squash
    1 medium onion
    1/2 c. water
    1 large tomato
    salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation
    Wash squash, cut off ends and any \"ugly spots.\"
    Slice squash 1/4-inch thick.
    Dice onion.
    Cut tomato in bite-size pieces. Steam (I use nonstick skillet) squash, onion and seasoning until tender.
    Add tomato and cheese.
    Serve when tomato is hot and cheese is melted.
