Pineapple Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple (use half of liquid)
    1 c. coconut (flaked)
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside. Combine oil, eggs and sugar and beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Add vanilla and dry ingredients; mix well.
    Add the remaining ingredients and stir well with beater for 1 minute. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
