Lo-Cal Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. twisted noodles
    1 small bottle low-fat Italian salad dressing
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package directions, adding salt and 1 teaspoon oil to water.
    Drain.
    Pour cold water over noodles and drain again.
    Place in bowl with a cover.
    Pour the salad dressing over the noodles, mixing well.
    Cover and chill.
    Toss again before serving.
