(Busolao) Holiday Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    4 eggs (hold back 1 egg white)
    4 Tbsp. cream or milk
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    5 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. vanilla or 1 Tbsp. vanilla and 1 Tbsp. brandy
    rind of 1 orange and juice
    rind of 1/2 lemon and juice
    1/2 c. white raisins
    5 c. flour
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped fine
Preparation
    Melt margarine; set aside.
    Beat eggs and cream.
    Add sugar and salt; beat until lemon colored and thick.
    Add cooled margarine, then baking powder.
    Add 2 cups of flour.
    Add orange and lemon rinds and juices, flavorings, nuts, the remaining flour and raisins.
