Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    6 c. water
    1 pkg. frozen tortellini (cheese)
    3 c. fresh spinach, chopped
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, undrained and cut up
Preparation
    In large saucepan over medium heat, cook garlic in margarine for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add bouillon and water to make broth.
    Add tortellini.
    Heat to boil; reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Add spinach and tomatoes.
    Simmer for 10 minutes more.
    Makes 4 servings.
