Golden Corn Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slightly beaten eggs
    1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. long grain rice, cooked (1 1/2 c.)
    1 (12 oz.) can luncheon meat, cut in 3/4-inch cubes
    1/2 c. cubed American cheese (2 oz.)
Preparation
    Combine eggs, corn, milk, onion and pepper; stir in rice, meat and cheese.
    Turn into an ungreased 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 until a knife inserted just off center comes out clean, 45 to 50 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
    Cut into squares.
    Makes 6 servings.
