Crab Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/8 c. light mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. skim milk
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained
8 oz. grated cheese
1/3 c. diced green onions
1 (9-inch) pie shell (unbaked)
Preparation

Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk; mix well. Stir in crabmeat, cheese and onions. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set. Serves 6.
