English Muffin Bread(Microwave With Changes For Oven) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 to 5 c. flour, divided
    2 pkg. RapidRise yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Don't throw
    away egg yolks when just using the whites. Freeze the yolks in ice cube trays.
    When frozen, take out and put in
    a plastic bag and store in freezer.
    When baking cakes or cookies, 2 thawed egg yolks and 1 tablespoon water, equals 1 egg.
