Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. soft butter or margarine (2 sticks)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. butter for cookie sheet
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Sift flour, salt and baking soda into a medium sized mixing bowl and set aside.
Put butter or margarine into a large mixing bowl and cream it well, then add sugar, a little at a time, beating until smooth.
Stir in vanilla.
Beat the eggs in small bowl.
Add the beaten eggs to butter and sugar mixture.
Add milk and sifted dry ingredients to egg, butter and sugar mixture.
Stir.
Combine sugar and cinnamon for topping. Drop large teaspoonfuls of dough onto greased cookie sheet about 1-inch apart.
Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on the top.
Bake about 10 minutes until cookies brown around the edges.
