Pican-Toes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium potatoes, peeled
    2 Tbsp. picante sauce
    1 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Slice potatoes in a 2-cup microwave casserole.
    Cover with lid, cook on High for 5 to 6 minutes, or until tender, stirring once.
    Top with picante sauce and cheese.
    Cover until cheese is melted.
    Serves 2.
