Stir-Fry Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 potatoes
    1 large carrot
    1 small onion
    1 bell pepper
    fresh green beans
    sliced cabbage
Preparation
    Thinly slice all vegetables.
    Pan-fry in a little oil until crisp-tender.
    Add soy sauce (about 1 to 2 tablespoons).
    Continue to pan-fry until soy sauce is evaporated.
