Pineapple Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 - 8 ounce pkgs of Cream Cheese
1 - Large can Crushed Pineapples (drained)
2 - TBSP chopped green pepper
1 - TBSP chopped onion
1 - cup finely chopped pecans
2 to 3 cups of additional finely chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix the first 5 ingredients thoroughly and roll into balls. Roll each ball into the additional pecans and serve with crackers or celery.
