Glorified Chuck Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) chuck or rump roast
Preparation
    Place meat on heavy foil; pour cream of mushroom soup over meat and sprinkle dry onion soup mix on top.
    Wrap all ingredients in foil and seal edges with double fold.
    Place in shallow baking pan.
    Roast in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 2 1/2 hours.
    Loosen foil and brown for about 20 minutes to 1/2 hour.
    Use the juices for gravy.
