Aunt Carol'S Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. flank steaks, scored on both sides in diamond pattern
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Place ingredients in a plastic bag, adding meat last.
    Tie bag and marinate overnight.
    Broil; cut in thin slices across the grain on an angle.
    If you wish to use the marinade as a sauce, make fresh batch.
    Do not use the marinade that has held the raw meat!
