Minute Steak Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Minute steaks (cubed beef)
    1/4 tsp. marjoram leaves, crushed
    garlic salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    4 Tbsp. cold, hard butter
Preparation
    Sprinkle steaks with marjoram, garlic salt and pepper.
    Cut butter into 4 sticks of equal size.
    Place 1 stick of butter on each steak and roll ends over to completely cover butter; skewer to keep closed.
    Broil over medium coals, turning often until steak is browned on outside, rare inside, about 10 to 12 minutes.
