Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked, diced potatoes
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    3 hard-cooked eggs, diced
    3/4 c. dairy sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, onions and eggs in a large bowl. Blend sour cream with remaining ingredients. Add to potato mixture, tossing gently to combine.
    If desired, garnish with hard-cooked egg slices and radishes.
    Cover and chill 4 to 6 hours.
