Pineapple Buttermilk Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 (3 oz.) Jell-O (any flavor)
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. or less chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) or less Cool Whip
Preparation

Combine sugar and pineapple in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add Jell-O and stir to dissolve Jell-O. Cool.
Add buttermilk and pecans; stir until combined.
Fold in Cool Whip.
If desired, put in mold.
