Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Hi-Energy Vanilla Supplements
    1 egg
    1 slice diet bread, crumbled in blender
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla/butternut flavoring
    2 pkg. Equal
    1 apple, chopped
    1 Tbsp. water (if needed)
Preparation
    Mix the ingredients together and pour into a small aluminum loaf pan (3 1/2 x 6-inch) sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Cool on a cake rack and top with apple spice icing, if desired.
