Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 slice bread
    1 tsp. vanilla
    8 oz. liquid nonfat milk
    sweetener to taste
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine egg, milk, sweetener and vanilla in small baking dish. Break up bread into egg mixture.
    Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
    Stand baking dish in pie pan with water around it.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until knife stuck in center comes out clean.
    Recipe equals whole breakfast.
    (Could also count toward lunch protein.)
