Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium sized potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Peel potatoes; slice medium thin and cook until tender.
    Drain water.
    Put potatoes in a baking dish.
    Melt butter on medium heat; add flour until smooth.
    Add salt and milk, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Add 3/4 cup cheese to sauce.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Bake, uncovered, in dish for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
