Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. can corned beef
1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
16 oz. can sauerkraut
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
1/2 c. butter, melted
6 slices rye bread, cubed
Preparation

Crumble beef and place in buttered 2-quart casserole.
Spread on dressing. Drain sauerkraut and spread on top of beef. Add grated cheese. Top with bread cubes that have been tossed with butter. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly.
