Risotto Milanese(Rice) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. uncooked rice
    3 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. Marsala wine or sweet vermouth
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    sauteed mushrooms
    Romano or Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter until soft and transparent.
    Stir in rice, stirring until golden brown.
    Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
    Add Marsala or vermouth, salt and pepper.
    Cover, reduce heat and simmer 18 minutes.
    Add mushrooms and cheese.
