Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Campbell's beefy mushroom soup
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Mix 1/4 cup soup, beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion and pepper. Shape firmly into 6 patties.
In skillet, brown patties and pour off fat.
Stir in remaining soup and water.
Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until done.
Stir occasionally.
For more gravy, add additional can of soup.
