Congealed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. diced apple
1 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. whipped topping
Preparation

Combine pineapple and sugar and bring to a boil.
Cool about 3 minutes.
Add gelatin.
Stir until dissolved.
Add cream cheese and cool.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Pour into 9-inch glass dish.
Chill until firm.
Serve over lettuce.
