Dutch Oven Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 green pepper
    1 slice bread, crumbled
    parsley flakes
    1 medium onion
    1/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in skin; cool, peel, dice and salt to taste. Melt Velveeta.
    Add green pepper (diced), 1 slice of bread (crumbled), parsley flakes and chopped onion.
    Layer potatoes and cheese mixture before baking; pour melted butter and milk over top.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or less.
