Swiss Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. white wine
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
    dash of each: garlic powder, salt, pepper and nutmeg
    2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; chill.
    Shape in any desired shape. Garnish with nuts or parsley.
    Serve with fruit and crackers. Makes 1 cup.
