Murf'S Chicken "N" Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole fryer
    1 bay leaf
    1 small chopped onion
    1 stalk chopped celery with leaves
    1 clove minced garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Wash a whole fryer, put in large stock pot and cover with water.
    Add 1 bay leaf, 1 small chopped onion, 1 stalk chopped celery with leaves, 1 clove minced garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
    Bring to boil and simmer until chicken falls off the bone. Remove chicken from broth and debone.
