Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chicken, cooked
2 c. celery
1/2 c. sliced almonds
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
crushed potato chips (enough to cover casserole)
Preparation

Mix
all
ingredients
except Cheddar cheese and potato chips. Put
in an ovenproof casserole.
Top with cheese, then potato chips.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
