Homemade Ketchup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. cut up tomatoes
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. pickling spice
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 diced pepper
    1 big onion
Preparation
    Cook 1 hour and put through strainer.
    Add 5 tablespoons cornstarch or Clear Jell.
    Mix together and stir into juice; boil 10 minutes and can and seal.
