Refrigerator Cucumbers And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 or 8 c. peeled and sliced cucumbers
    1 c. sliced onions
    1 c. sliced green peppers
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. vinegar (cider)
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Soak cucumbers, onions and green pepper in salt for 2 hours. Wash and drain; blot in a towel. Mix vinegar, sugar, mustard seed and celery seed. Mix with vegetables. Put in quart jars and store in refrigerator. Stir every day for 4 days. Eat as is or can freeze in small containers. These will keep for months in refrigerator.
