Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, bacon or ham
    3 slices bread, cubed
    6 eggs
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook, drain and break meat into bite-size pieces.
    Place meat into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover with bread and cheese.
    In bowl mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
    Pour over cheese layer.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
