Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese
large sour cream (approximately 16 oz.)
garlic salt
chives
butter
paprika
Preparation

Peel, dice and boil potatoes until done; drain.
Add cream cheese, sour cream and garlic salt to taste.
Beat mixture until smooth.
Fold in chopped chives.
Pour mixture into greased, 3-quart baking dish.
Place pats of butter on top.
Generously sprinkle paprika on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes (until crispy on top).
