Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
    1/2 lb. butter (room temperature)
    1 (6 oz.) can black olives, cut up, drained well
    1 small onion, diced fine
    garlic salt to taste
    2 oz. pecans, finely chopped
    parsley, finely chopped
Preparation
    Combine all but nuts and parsley.
    Divide in half.
    Roll into balls.
    Roll one ball in nuts, the other in parsley.
