Pumpkin Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
    6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 eggs
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. whipping cream, chilled
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix crumbs with 1 tablespoon sugar. Combine crumbs and margarine.
    Press into bottom of spring-form pan and chill.
