Italian Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 or 3 lb. fryer
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. shortening
1 can tomato paste
2 Tbsp. bottled barbecue sauce
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. red hot sauce or salsa
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt to taste
Preparation

Saute onion and garlic in shortening.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Add 2 cups water and cook slowly at least 30 minutes.
Boil fryer.
Debone.
Add to sauce and simmer about 10 minutes.
Cook large package of spaghetti in water where chicken was cooked; drain.
Add sauce and mix well.
