Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
2 c. granulated sugar
4 unbeaten eggs
2 c. shortening
4 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. 1-minute oats
1 (12 oz.) pkg. mini chocolate chips
2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream together the sugars, eggs and shortening.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
Add to first mixture. Fold in oats, chocolate chips and pecans.
Shape into balls.
Bake on greased tin for 12 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Makes 12 to 14 dozen.
