Italian Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chuck roast
3 c. hot water
3 cubes beef bouillon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. Italian spice
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Brown chuck roast.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Pour over roast.
Bake, covered, 3 hours at 350\u00b0.
