Ingredients

1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. shredded coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Put all ingredients into blender, except coconut.
Blend until smooth and well mixed.
Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate and top with coconut.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until custard sets, about 30 minutes.
Serves 8.
