Bean Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. red kidney beans, drained, or use dry, soak 2 days and boil until tender (according to pkg.)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 (16 oz.) carton low-fat cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) bottle red pepper relish (sweet)
    2 small onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. horseradish
    1/2 tsp. dry or wet mustard
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients; chill for at least 1 to 2 hours before serving.
    Use with crackers of your choice.
