Ritz Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb Ritz crackers, crushed
1 lb. candied cherries, cut
1 lb. candied pineapple, cut
1 lb. English walnuts, chopped
1 lb. white raisins
1 qt. pecans, chopped
1/2 lb. coconut
1 lb. marshmallows
2 c. Carnation milk
Preparation
-
Heat milk in double boiler.
Add marshmallows and heat until melted.
Pour over crackers, fruit and nuts; mix well.
Press in loaf pans and refrigerate.
