Family Meat Loaf(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. cracker crumbs
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine brown sugar, tomato sauce and mustard.\tCombine beef, onion,
    cracker
    crumbs, eggs, salt and pepper.
    Add 1/2 of the tomato sauce mixture and stir until well mixed.
    Place in micro-proof dish.
    Pour remaining sauce over meat.\tCook on High 12 to 14 minutes or until done.
